We continuously compare our body and others to Instagram sexy stars and celebrities in other media on a daily basis which puts a lot of pressure on us and causes body dissatisfaction, low self-esteem than ever before. And we probably forgot about being ourselves and unique. In addition, we are becoming not be able to see what is a real person behind the physical appearance."
