"This was a personal photo project centered on an abstract view of comfort levels. Aria came to the shoot in her baby blue Bronco and she seemed to feel so home in it. I had to capture the feeling of being comforted by the thoughts we sometimes place in inanimate objects. It was a self-reflection of my own experience with cars and this strange love I hold for what’s essentially a machine. I find myself longing for my old Volkswagen because it felt like home. Aria embodied this in such a beautiful way."
