"Vintage advertisements and cartoons have been a major influence on my creative work and so I decided to draw a quintessential icon that is the sum of these parts; a woman with a 1950s hairdo with huge 'Disney' eyes. 

This original illustration then became a template on which I drew a further 19 characters drawing from all corners of my influences. Initially a personal experimental project, I found these designs lent themselves perfectly to stickers, pin and prints."
